Prompt #15 (Apr 9-Apr 15): "Solitude" - Frans Gothard, Lars Gunnar and Sven Albin Anderson
My grandmother Lydia had three maternal cousins, Frans Gothard, Lars Gunnar and Sven Albin Anderson. The three men emigrated from Sweden all together in 1920. They were 26, 24 and 22. They followed their older brother John Bernard who had left Sweden earlier, married and lived in Detroit Michigan. The brothers, like my grandparents Richard and Lydia, ultimately settled in Chicago. "Solitude"? I don't know but I find it unusual that all three were carpenters, all three lived together and none of the three ever married. Hmmmm.
