Swedish proverbs and sayings don't always translate well to English but certainly convey Swedish wisdom and wit. In the coming weeks I thought it would be fun to share a Swedish proverb each Sunday.
"Det bästa stället att hitta en hjälpande hand är i slutet av din egen arm."
Literal translation: The best place to find a helping hand is at the end of your arm.
I certainly agree!
